Yesterday afternoon Jonathan and I decided that, even though Isaac and Kathryn are under-the-weather, they needed some fresh air. Both kids have coughs, but so far only Isaac has run a low-grade fever. Both are still quite active and needed to burn off some energy.
To limit their exposure to others and to avoid the ladybugs that have decided to take up residence at our house, we drove to a park that we have access to via Meems and Pop. This was our first venture to this private park and it was really neat! I felt completely comfortable playing there since the park is used very little and the germs we were leaving behind wouldn't have the opportunity to infect someone else's little ones. (We arrived towards the end of the day so our germs would have to survive overnight to do any damage).
What a wonderful time we had!
